♔ KINGSDAY AT THE PARK GECANCELLED! ♔
Vannacht hebben we met ons hele team een zware en moeilijke beslissing moeten nemen door het event van 27 april a.s. Kingsday at the Park in het Mheenpark in Apeldoorn,  te cancelen. Gezien de slechte ticketverkoop en de slechte weervoorspellingen konden we geen enkel draag vlak vinden om het event toch door te laten gaan. We vinden het ontzettend spijtig, vooral voor de mensen die al wel een ticket hadden aangeschaft.

Wij zijn als organisatie dan ook erg aangeslagen door de situatie. We hebben maanden keihard aan het event gewerkt met als doel om een geweldig event op Koningsdag neer te zetten. Ondanks de vele promotie en communicatie heeft dit helaas niet mogen leiden tot de gewenste ticketverkoop.

We willen dan ook alle mensen hartelijk bedanken die samen met ons keihard gewerkt hebben aan de voorbereidingen van Kingsday at the Park!

Teruggave tickets
Iedereen die een ticket heeft gekocht via Paylogic krijgt over de terug betaling van de tickets vanzelf bericht. De terugbetaling van je ticket zal door Paylogic correct worden afgehandeld en uitgevoerd.

• DEO: Het is ENKEL toegestaan om plastic deo flessen MET roller mee te nemen, glas en spuitflessen zijn dus NIET toegestaan.

Op- & afbouw
Kan jij niet wachten totdat jij je spierballen kan laten zien aan de buitenwereld? Voor KINGSDAY at the Park zijn wij nog op zoek naar enthousiaste vrijwilligers die willen helpen met het op- en afbouwen van het terrein. De opbouw zal starten vanaf 26 april en de afbouw zal 27 en 28  april 2015 plaatsvinden. Tijdens jouw werkzaamheden krijg je een stevig ontbijt en lunch. Uiteraard kan je 27 april a.s. fijn tot rust komen tijdens het KINGSDAY at the Park festival!

Runner
Als runner ben je de hele festival dag beschikbaar en doe je allerlei verschillende klusjes. Dit kan betekenen dat er iemand uitvalt en je zijn/haar functie even waarneemt, maar ook dat je nog even met de auto/fiets/scooter op en neer rijdt voor dingen die vergeten zijn. Kortom; je wordt ingezet om onvoorziene dingen op te lossen, werkt nauw met ons samen, bent onze rots in de branding, maar moet ook erg flexibel zijn!

Wil jij deel uitmaken van een enthousiast promotieteam van KINGSDAY at the Park? Onze activiteiten varieren van flyers, posters verspreiden tot redactionele werkzaamheden. Heb je zelf nog leuke promotie-ideeën? Meld je dan aan als vrijwilliger voor de afdeling marketing/communicatie en promo!

• Volg de A1 richting Apeldoorn /Amsterdam
• Neem afslag 21 N345/Apeldoorn / Voorst
• Ga aan het einde van de afslag rechtsaf
• Volg deze weg tot in Apeldoorn, na twee rotondes ga je bij de eerste verkeerslichten rechtsaf (laan van osseveld)

De organisatie behoudt zich het recht om bezoekers op de locatie van het evenement te registeren op zowel beeld- als geluidsdragers. Deze opnames kunnen door de organisatie gebruikt worden, zonder dat zij hiertoe een vergoeding (in de vorm van geld of andere zaken) verschuldigd is aan de desbetreffende bezoekers.

Bezoekers van het evenement dienen akkoord te gaan met een fouillering bij de ingang, indien verzocht.

Minimumleeftijd is 18 jaar. Bij twijfel over de leeftijd kan er altijd om een legitimatie gevraagd worden. Ben je nog geen 18 jaar of niet in staat een legitimatiebewijs te tonen, dan kan je de toegang worden geweigerd.

Er moet voldaan worden aan de Nederlandse wettelijke verplichting van een geldig legitimatiebewijs.

Er is voldoende zitgelegenheid aanwezig op evenement. Voor bezoekers die niet lang kunnen staan is het niet toegestaan een eigen stoel mee te nemen.

Bezoekers met bijzondere medicijnen moeten dit melden bij de beveiliging bij de visitatie. Deze verwijzen u door naar de EHBO, hier kunt u eventueel de medicijnen achterlaten. Voor speciale situaties kunt u contact opnemen met info@kingsdayatthepark.nl

Eigen consumpties, flessen, blikjes, alcohol, glaswerk en brandgevaarlijke materialen zijn verboden op de locatie en mogen niet mee naar binnen worden genomen.

Drugs zijn verboden.

Het bezit en/of gebruik van Lachgas/Distikstof(mon)oxide is strict verboden tijdens dit evenement.

Er zal een strenge fouillering plaatsvinden bij de entree. Personen die in bezit zijn van drugs zullen direct worden overgedragen aan de politie.

Wapens zijn ten strengste verboden. Wees verstandig en laat alle voorwerpen thuis, die gezien kunnen worden als wapens. Voorwerpen die als wapens gebruikt kunnen worden zullen in beslag worden genomen.

Het is verboden om commerciële activiteiten uit te oefenen op en rondom de locatie.

Het bezoeken van het evenement is volledig voor eigen risico.

De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan of verlies van bezittingen of lichamelijke gesteldheid van de bezoekers.

Op en rondom de locatie wordt streng gecontroleerd op ongeregeldheden. Personen die zich op welke manier dan ook misdragen zullen onmiddellijk van het terrein verwijderd worden.

Het is verboden om (semi) professionele foto apparatuur mee te nemen naar evenementen, tenzij anders overeengekomen middels een toegewezen persaccreditatie. Een gewone (digitale) camera is wel toegestaan. Een Go Pro camera is toegestaan. Selfie sticks zijn niet toegestaan.

De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade als gevolg van onjuistheden, problemen veroorzaakt door, of inherent aan het verspreiden van de informatie via internet alsmede technische storingen.
